Simply add 1 (7.5 g) to 4-8 ounces of warm/hot liquid (preferably purified water) and stir, sweeten as desired. (Please note that this product is quite bitter due to its naturally occurring polyphenolic compounds, and may be used unsweetened if desired).♦7.5 grams per scoop is an average.
