Step 01: Take your Hydroxycut® product of choice, twice daily, 30 minutes to 1 hour before your two largest meals.Step 02: Maintain a calorie-controlled diet.Step 03: Include at least 30 minutes of moderate exercise daily.Open a standard 16.9 oz. bottle of water, take a sip, then empty 1 packet
into the bottle, shake, and consume immediately. Take each serving 30 to 60 minutes
before your 2 main meals. Do not exceed 2 servings (2 packets) in a 24-hour period.
For best results, use Hydroxycut® Drink Mix packets for 60 days in conjunction with
a calorie-reduced diet and a regular exercise program. Do not take within 5 hours
of bedtime. Consume 8 to 10 glasses of water per day. Read the entire label before
use and follow directions.
