Adults take 1 tablet daily with or just after meals.
Do not use if you are pregnant, or likely to become pregnant. The recommended daily serving contains more than 10, 000 IU (or 3, 000 mcg) of vitamin A from retinol, which in high amounts is known to cause birth defects. If you are nursing or taking any medications, consult a healthcare professional before use. Keep out of reach of children. Safety sealed with inner seal. Do not use if seal is broken or missing.
