Adults: Take 1 tablet per day with food.
Consult a doctor prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding or if you have depression and/or related diseases or if you are taking any medications, as black pepper may alter their effectiveness. Discontinue use and consult your doctor if symptoms persist or worsen or any adverse reactions occur. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if blister package (inner foil) has been opened or tampered with. It is not recommended to exceed this dosage. Store in a cool, dry place.
