Adults: Take one (1) capsule with meals containing dairy. Some individuals may require two or more capsules daily, depending on frequency of dairy intake.Do not take more than three (3) capsules daily.Children 8 years & over: For children it is recommended that one capsule be opened and contents mixed into food or drink.
If pregnant, breastfeeding, or on medication, consult your physician before using this product. Keep out of reach of children. Always consult your pediatrician before giving your child dietary supplements. Do not use if carton is damaged or if printed seal on blister is broken or missing.
