Adults: 1 fluid ounce, 1-3 times daily as needed. (The bottle lid is a one ounce measure). Take with food for best absorption. Drink undiluted or add to non-chlorinated water, juice, or other Vital-Earth products. Shake well-natural settling may occur.Refrigeration is not essential, but it is beneficial to protect the naturally occurring trace enzymes. If health challenge exists introduce at 1/4 dosage to allow the body to adjust slowly. Build up slowly to full dosage.
